Welcome to the Iron Chef amature leauge.   Rule 1: Both competitors must create a main course and a dessert course, each incorporating the secret ingredient.   Rule 2: All competitors shall drink heavily.   Rule 3: All present shall eat of and comment on all food prepared   Rule 4: No outside recipies shall be used.   Rule 5: Presentation counts   Rule 6: No spitting
